Sectional (Garage) Overhead Door Brush Seals Memtech brush door seals and weatherstripping provide an extremely effective way of preventing heat loss, providing non-chemical pest control, and dust control around sectional overhead doors. Because sectional “garage-style” doors move through tracks and hinge points, the seal has to be flexible enough to maintain contact—without restricting movement. That’s exactly where a brush seal system performs better than rigid vinyl or rubber alternatives.

As with all doors sealed using Memtech brush door seals, sectional overhead door seals can block the entrance of pests, debris, outside air, and most sound. In over 30 years in business, we have never known one of our brush door seals to wear out in normal use—our only follow-up on a sectional overhead door has been replacement of fork-lift damaged seals. We can seal it with a Memtech brush door seal and you can forget it. The same cannot be said of vinyl door seals; heat, cold, and time will eventually destroy them.
