Type 6 nylon brush seal material is known for its exceptional durability, toughness, and ability to regain its shape (memory) after compression. This engineered nylon does not crack, flatten, or deteriorate like vinyl or rubber alternatives. Thousands of densely packed nylon filaments per foot are mechanically locked into a galvanized steel channel, which is then secured inside an aluminum extrusion designed to fit specific brush sizes and sealing applications.
