Memtech brush door seals and weatherstripping provide an extremely effective way of preventing heat loss, providing non-chemical pest control and dust control around sectional overhead doors.

As in all doors sealed with Memtech brush door seals, garage-style sectional overhead door seals completely block entrance of any pests, debris, air and most sound. In over 30 years in business, we have never known one of our brush door seals to wear out. Our only follow-up on a sectional overhead door has been to replace fork-lift damaged seals. We can seal it with a Memtech brush door seal and you can forget it. The same cannot be said of vinyl door seals; heat, cold and time will completely destroy them.
